Returns & Refund Policy

At Eletrix Electrical Wholesalers, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to safety or electrical compliance reasons.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
