Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Eletrix Electrical Wholesalers, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Window
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in new condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components supplied with the product.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Not show signs of installation, modification, misuse, or damage after delivery.
3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Upon inspection and approval, we may:
- Replace the product;
- Exchange the product;
- Repair the product where applicable; or
- Issue a full refund.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products returned within the return period.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective:
- Custom-order or specially sourced products.
- Products that have been installed, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance or discontinued products sold as final sale.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products returned without proof of purchase.
6. Return Method
Returns may be made in-store or by arrangement with our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned products to prevent damage during transit.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.
- Eletrix Electrical Wholesalers will cover reasonable return shipping costs where the product supplied was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
8. Refund Processing
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase wherever possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
